If a child loves with criticism, He learns to condemn.
If a child love with hostility, He learns to fight.
If a child lives with ridicule, He learns to be shy.
If a child lives with shame, He learns to feel guilty.
If a child lives with tolerance, He learns to be patient.
If a child lives with encouragement, He learns confidence.
If a child lives with praise, He learns to appreciate.
If a child lives fairness, He learns justice.
If a child lives with security, He learns to have faith.
If a child lives with approval, He learns to like himself.
If a child lives with acceptance and friendship, He learns to find love in the world.

A cool way to teach your kids to pray!

Hi girls..I got this from my mother in law-

Using your hand with your thumb closest to you, this prayer is for yourself, talk to God about you, ask Him to forgive you of your sins, next is the pointer finger, Wag the pointer like teachers and preachers do to remind you to pray for them. Next is your tallest finger and that is for your president and all those with authority. Then try to hold your ring finger up, it needs help, so it represents those who are weak or sick. Last point our little finger away because it is for those who live far away and our missionaries.
